Runnemede will be having National Night Out on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Harry Williams Senior Center.
Just like last year, there will be pony rides, face painting and refreshments. There will also be a collection for non-perishable food items that will be donated to the Trinity Lutheran Church food bank.
The purpose of “National Night Out” is to increase the awareness of preventing crime and drug use in the neighborhood. This also aids in allowing the police department and the community to become united.
